Product Introduction
BECTRON® PT 4812 is a high-performance, one-component, moisture-cured polyurethane thick film coating developed to protect and reinforce electronic assemblies. With a viscosity of 2600 mPas and a Shore A hardness of 40, it provides excellent mechanical flexibility while maintaining robust environmental resistance. This solvent-free formulation is engineered for long-term durability at operating temperatures up to 100 °C over 20,000 hours. Although UV curing is not applicable for PT 4812, it dries to the touch at room temperature in approximately 5 hours, making it well-suited for diverse production settings.
