Product Introduction
BECTRON® PT 4810 is a one-component, moisture-cured, polyurethane-based thick film coating designed to provide durable protection for electronic assemblies. With a medium-high viscosity of 3500 mPas and a Shore A hardness of 45, it delivers reliable mechanical support while maintaining elasticity across a wide temperature range. PT 4810 is engineered to resist harsh environments, offering strong adhesion to most PCB substrates and long-term performance at temperatures up to 100 °C over 20,000 hours. Although UV curing is not applicable for this grade, it dries to the touch at room temperature in approximately 5 hours.
