BECTRON® PK 5532 is a specialized one-component polyurethane system developed for the protection of sensitive electronic components in demanding environments. This blue-colored resin combines moderate viscosity (3500 mPas) with excellent flow and edge coverage capabilities, making it suitable for both coating and encapsulation tasks. It cures quickly at +90 °C in 30 minutes to form a flexible yet resilient elastomer with a Shore A hardness of 35. With an enhanced thermal conductivity of 0.4 W/mK and long-term thermal stability up to +130 °C for 20,000 hours, BECTRON® PK 5532 delivers reliable thermal and mechanical performance. Its environmentally friendly, VOC-free formulation ensures both user safety and compliance with sustainability standards.
