The wire features the LFM-48M lead-free alloy, composed of Tin (Sn), 3.0% Silver (Ag), and 0.5% Copper (Cu), ensuring a stable melting profile with a solidus temperature of 217°C and a liquidus temperature of 221°C . It incorporates the GUMMIX-21Zeta flux core with a nominal flux content of 3.5% (specification range 3.0% to 4.0%), which is classified as Flux Type L1 and Flux Composition RE (Resin) . This product is available in a variety of wire diameters ranging from 0.3 mm to 1.6 mm and has a shelf life of up to 2 years from the date of manufacture .
