Product Description

• 3M™ UHMW Polyethylene Tapes 5421 and 5423 are high-performance film tapes from the 3M brand.
• These tapes provide an excellent abrasion-resistant surface, ideal for tough impact, wear, and sliding applications.
• They offer outstanding abrasion resistance (outwears PTFE), very low coefficient of friction (exceeded only by PTFE), and can be used in environments where lubrication is not possible due to contamination.
• Widely used for lining conveyor guide rails, tank and bin liners, discharge chutes, protection for aluminum sheets on stretch forming presses, and as liners for spray booths. Also effective for noise reduction between dissimilar parts.
