3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive DP605NS is an off-white, non-sag, two-component polyurethane adhesive that delivers rapid-setting and relatively flexible bonding solutions. This adhesive is designed specifically for vertical and other applications requiring no slumping or sagging of the adhesive bead. It offers excellent low-temperature flexibility and is capable of bonding dissimilar substrates such as concrete, ceramic, wood, plastic, rubber, and metal. With its fast-curing formula, it achieves tough bonds quickly while providing a 5-minute work life, 20-minute handling strength, and full cure in 48 hours.
This product meets UL-94HB horizontal burn testing and the low halogen requirements of IEC-61249-2-21, making it suitable for various industrial applications. It features a 1:1 mix ratio and dispenses as a non-sag paste for precise handling. Designed for chemical reaction-based two-part bonding, it is ideal for users needing strong, flexible, and durable bonds without sacrificing ease of application. When using the Duo-Pak (DP) size, 3M dispensing equipment ensures convenient, accurate metering, mixing, and dispensing.
