3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Adhesive TE200 is a high-performance adhesive that combines the initial fast speed of a hot melt with the strength of urethane for superior bonding. This adhesive is effective across a wide range of service temperatures and is ideal for bonding wood and select plastics. Its low viscosity enables the creation of very thin bond lines, ranging from 0.001″ to 0.003″, making it suitable for precise applications such as woodworking and cabinetry. Designed for use with the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Applicator and unique disposable nozzles, it features fast and easy clean-up along with accessories that support all your dispensing needs.
With a 120-second set time and a 4-minute open time, this adhesive allows efficient assembly of parts. It forms high-strength, plasticizer-resistant bonds and is composed of a 100% solids, no-VOC formula. The adhesive also contains a UV dye for easy inspection of the bond line under a black light.
