3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP110 Gray is a flexible, fast-setting, two-part epoxy adhesive that delivers strong, permanent bonds even under vibration and impact. This adhesive works effectively on a wide range of substrates, including metals, ceramics, concrete, composites, wood, and many plastics. Its flexibility upon curing makes it an ideal choice for bonding dissimilar materials.
Featuring a low-viscosity formulation, this adhesive is easy to dispense and self-levels during application, making it well-suited for filleting and potting tasks. It has a 10-minute work life, allowing for adjustments and repositioning, and reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes at room temperature. Full cure is achieved within 48 hours at 72°F (22°C). 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP110 Gray can replace standard 5-minute epoxies, offering improved performance and additional positioning time. For optimal results, use with 3M™ Duo-Pak cartridges and dispensing equipment.
