3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Concrete Repair DP600NS is a quick-curing, two-component polyurethane adhesive formulated to repair cracks, spalls, and breaks in concrete, masonry, and stone. This rapid-setting adhesive sets in as little as five minutes, minimizing downtime and allowing for prompt resumption of service. It cures fully within one hour, offering a fast and durable solution for structural repairs.
Featuring a low viscosity for easy dispensing, this non-Newtonian, highly non-sag formula is ideal for vertical applications. It easily dispenses from a Duo-Pak cartridge system or with a regular caulk gun. The adhesive cures through a chemical reaction and can fill to any depth without cracking. Once cured, it resists weathering, expansion, and contraction, while allowing for sanding to achieve smooth finishes and refined edges.
