The 3M™ Paint and Body Scuff Pad is designed to scuff base, primed, or painted surfaces to improve adhesion of new coats of primer or paint. Constructed from non-woven nylon fiber with aluminum oxide abrasive, it offers long life, fast cutting, and flexibility for hard-to-reach areas. It resists rusting, splintering, and shredding, and can be used wet or dry. Washable and reusable, it is ideal for Stage 3 of the 3M™ Body Repair System.
