Product Introduction
3M™ Lapping Film Roll 269X is used for lapping and polishing processes, serving as an ultra-fine grinding tool for achieving finer and the finest surfaces, with Ra values down to approximately 0.05 μm. The base is a homogeneous, tear-resistant, and low-stretch 3mil polyester film. Its grain distribution tolerance is significantly narrower than that of conventional abrasives, which, in conjunction with a dispersion coating, allows for the creation of exceptionally fine surfaces.
