3M™ General Purpose Sandpaper sheets come in a variety of minerals and a wide grit range, designed for general purpose sanding projects. These sheets are ideal for use on painted surfaces, bare wood, and metal. The synthetic aluminum oxide mineral provides a fast cut, while a resin coating increases the life and durability, making it last longer than ordinary glue bond sandpaper. Sheets can be easily cut to fit for hand sanding, use on a sanding block, or with a power tool sander.
