Designed for fine finish sanding of contours on hard-to-grind materials, the 3M™ Flexible Diamond Belt 6457J is ideal for light pressure grinding. It combines the strength of a diamond mineral abrasive with a very flexible, conformable backing, allowing it to be used for a range of finishes. The diamond mineral particles are fastened using a tough metal bond for enhanced durability, and the open dot pattern helps reduce loading by allowing stock particles to be evacuated during use. The belt is available in two open dot patterns: Pattern 18, a small dot pattern for finer finishes, and the B2 Pattern, which features medium dots for more aggressive cutting with improved coolant flow.
