The 3M AB-6000 Series is a hybrid solution that combines an EMI absorbing layer with an EMI shielding layer in a single, thin product. This series features a flexible poly resin with magnetic fillers laminated to a conductive layer, such as aluminum foil or conductive EMI tape. This dual-function design can be used to create a “Shielding Can” or “Faraday Cage” effect at the board level, effectively blocking and absorbing unwanted electromagnetic energy.
