VYLOSHOT® GM-960-R02 is a black, high-performance low-pressure molding material optimized for advanced electronic encapsulation. It offers superior mechanical properties, excellent moldability, and reliable insulation performance. The material has a specific gravity of 1.11, a melting point of 160℃, and a glass transition temperature of -65℃. Its melt viscosity of 210 dPa·s at 220°C ensures smooth processing and efficient molding cycles. With an equilibrium moisture content of 0.4% and a Shore A hardness of 92, it provides high durability and stiffness. VYLOSHOT® GM-960-R02 delivers a tensile strength of 7 MPa, tensile elongation of 550%, and a tensile modulus of 40 MPa. Additionally, it offers strong electrical insulation with a volume resistivity of 2.30×1012 Ω·cm at 20°C, making it highly suitable for various electronic applications.
