Product Description: Vyloshot GM-960
Vyloshot GM-960 is a low-pressure encapsulation molding material designed to protect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components. This solvent-free formulation ensures a safe and clean production environment while offering excellent processability for sensitive electronics. With high fluidity and strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates such as PBT, PVC, and glass epoxy, it enables reliable and durable encapsulation.
The product is available in both thermoplastic and thermosetting variants to suit different application needs. The thermoplastic version is polyester-based and reworkable, while the thermosetting version is acrylate-based, offering enhanced heat and chemical resistance.
