Product Introduction
VYLOSHOT® GM-955-R02 is a black, high-performance low-pressure molding material designed for advanced electronic encapsulation. It provides excellent flexibility and reliable processing under low-pressure conditions. This material features a specific gravity of 1.05, a melting point of 160℃, and a glass transition temperature of -77℃. Its melt viscosity of 340 dPa·s at 220°C ensures smooth flow during molding processes. It has an equilibrium moisture content of 0.4% and a Shore A hardness of 70, offering superior flexibility. The product provides a tensile strength of 5 MPa, exceptional tensile elongation of 1200%, and a tensile modulus of 9 MPa. With a volume resistivity of 8.20×1012 Ω·cm at 20°C, it offers excellent electrical insulation. Adhesion properties include FR-4 (No-resist) at 1.2 MPa, PBT (GF30%) at 1.1 MPa, and 6,6 Nylon (GF30%) at 0.4 MPa, with peel strength exceeding 25 N/25mm for FR-4 (No-resist) and over 3 N/25mm for PBT (GF30%).
