VYLOSHOT® GM-950-R02 is a black, high-performance low-pressure molding material designed for advanced electronic encapsulation applications. It combines excellent processability with outstanding mechanical and electrical properties. The product features a specific gravity of 1.14, a melting point of 190℃, and a glass transition temperature of -65℃. It also offers a melt viscosity of 420 dPa·s at 220°C, ensuring stable flow characteristics during molding. With an equilibrium moisture content of 0.4% and a Shore A hardness of 90, it delivers durability and flexibility. The material provides a tensile strength of 10 MPa, tensile elongation of 650%, and a tensile modulus of 46 MPa. Additionally, it has excellent insulation performance with a volume resistivity of 1.90×1013 Ω·cm at 20°C.
