tesa® 54338 die cuts from strong polyester tape are suitable for permanent exterior and interior Hole Covering applications in automotive.
Die cuts are supplied on a white glassine liner. The liner is approved for paint applications.

This polyester tape is suitable for all PVC or paint oven drying processes up to 200 °C.
After electrophoretic painting where good compatibility and anchoring force to UBS (PVC) and sealant is required, e.g. car body platform, wheel houses, engine compartment.
Before paint shop where good paint compatibility is essential, e.g. A/B- pillar, sills, trunk.
