ROCOL® RTD® Liquid premium hand-applied metal cutting lubricant is a high-performance viscous fluid containing advanced extreme pressure (EP) additives. It is specially engineered for manual machining operations including metal tapping, reaming, deep-hole drilling, and other heavy-duty metal removal processes.
Formulated as a solvent-free and silicone-free fluid, its optimized viscosity ensures that the lubricant flows directly to the cutting zone and workpiece edges, providing instant cooling and lowering cutting torque. RTD® Liquid delivers exceptional performance across all metal types, including hardened cutting steels, stainless steel, and difficult-to-machine aerospace alloys such as nimonics and titanium.
Additionally, it serves as a highly efficient mineral oil reinforcement agent. Industrial users can add it directly to ordinary mineral cutting oils to significantly fortify extreme pressure performance for severe operations like broaching and gear cutting.
