Everwide PT-398G7 Thermal conductivity flame retardant Two-Component Silicone is a two-component silicone, and the ratio by weight A:B=1:1 is used for potting. This product has great leveling operability. After mixed, it can be cured within 60 minutes at 80°C, and also can be cured at room temperature.
