Plexus® MA830 is a high-performance, two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals without primers. It also bonds thermoplastic and composite assemblies with minimal surface preparation. Mixed at a 10:1 ratio, MA830 offers a working time of 4-6 minutes, achieving 75% of its ultimate strength in 15-20 minutes at 23°C (74°F). This adhesive combines high strength, excellent fatigue endurance, impact resistance, and superior toughness. Available in cartridges, 20-liter pails, and 200-liter drums, it dispenses as a non-sagging gel.
