Plexus® MA805 is an advanced two-component methyl methacrylate (MMA) adhesive, engineered for industrial metal bonding applications. Featuring low halogen content and excellent insulating properties, it provides high strength, superior fatigue resistance, and impact toughness. With minimal surface preparation required, MA805 effectively bonds metals, thermoplastics, and composites, including magnesium and zinc alloys. The adhesive has an 8-minute working time, achieving high tensile shear strength on 6061 aluminum within 35-45 minutes at 23°C.
