Plexus® MA550 Two-part Methacrylate Adhesive

Plexus® MA550 is a high-performance two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composites. Mixed at a 10:1 ratio, MA550 offers a working time of 40-50 minutes, achieving 75% of its ultimate strength in 70-75 minutes at 23˚C (74˚F). This adhesive is ideal for secondary bonding in the marine industry, requiring minimal surface preparation. With excellent fatigue endurance, impact resistance, and toughness, MA550 is bright white and UV stable. Available in 490 ml cartridges, 20-liter pails, and 200-liter drums, it dispenses as a non-sagging gel.
