Suitable for low- to medium-viscosity fluids with cycle rates of up to 280Hz.

The Liquidyn P-Jet features easily exchangeable dispensing nozzles, tappets, and fluid inlet fittings, making it possible to customize for specific application requirements. Wetted parts separate from the actuator allow for fast, easy serviceability and maintenance.

Electro-pneumatically operated by a low voltage trigger, the Liquidyn P-Jet features an adjustable pulse signal. Valve open time can start at 2 ms. The dispensing tappet remains open until the trigger signal ends.

The valve was designed to dispense in industrial environments and features a low cost of ownership. Even the most demanding or delicate processes – whether due to product complexity or positional tolerances – are easy to implement with the Liquidyn P-Jet.
