Product Introduction
Momentive SNAPSIL™ RTV118 is a versatile, one-component, self-leveling silicone adhesive sealant in the RTV100 Series. Upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, it cures at room temperature into a tough, durable silicone rubber. RTV118 is optimized for thin-section potting, flowable sealing, and applications requiring material to penetrate small crevices. It provides outstanding weatherability, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal stability, with recommended section depths not exceeding 6 mm (¼ inch).
