JONES 14-630R EMI Shielding

JONES – FIP 14-630R is one-component, room temperature, electrically conductive EMI gasketing material containing nickel-plated graphite particles dispersed in silicone elastomer. The material is designed for ease of dispending and increased flow rates robotically dispending onto metal castings.

Volume resistance is less than 0.025 ohm·cm
Excellent compression performance and the lowest compression force
High shielding effectiveness,＞90 dB(0.3-8Ghz)
Good adhesion to clean aluminum or other metal surface
Low cost and rapid prototyping
Low Viscosity offers short cycle times in any dispensing machine
