JONES – FIP 14-630R is one-component, room temperature, electrically conductive EMI gasketing material containing nickel-plated graphite particles dispersed in silicone elastomer. The material is designed for ease of dispending and increased flow rates robotically dispending onto metal castings.
FEATURE
- Volume resistance is less than 0.025 ohm·cm
- Excellent compression performance and the lowest compression force
- High shielding effectiveness,>90 dB(0.3-8Ghz)
- Good adhesion to clean aluminum or other metal surface
- Low cost and rapid prototyping
- Low Viscosity offers short cycle times in any dispensing machine
APPLICATION
- Telecom base stations
- Mobile phones
- Radios
- PC cards
- PDAs
- Wireless handsets
- Military application
