In addition, this highly filled formulation provides high thermal conductivity with low thermal expansion. It is similar to INSULCAST 140 FR, but with a lower viscosity.

INSULCAST 3230 LV meets NASA outgassing specifications. Specifically, its Total Mass Loss (TML) ranges from 0.40 to 0.41%, and Collected Volatile Condensable Materials (CVCM) range from 0.0 to 0.1%. Thus, it is an ideal choice for applications requiring both excellent thermal performance and stringent outgassing standards.
