The HumiSeal® UV50LV UV Curable Conformal Coating is a one-part, low-viscosity, high-solids acrylated polyurethane coating designed for UV dual curing. Engineered for use with film coater-type selective coating equipment, it offers excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, and moisture protection. This coating cures tack-free under UV light, with a secondary moisture cure mechanism ensuring full curing within 7 days at ambient conditions. It fluoresces under UV light for inspection, enhances thermal cycling performance, and contains no VOCs or solvents, making it an environmentally friendly and reliable choice for electronics protection.
