The HumiSeal® UV500 UV Curable Conformal Coating is a high-solids, dual-cure elastomeric acrylate coating designed for flexibility, moisture resistance, and electrical insulation. This UV-curable coating cures tack-free under microwave or arc UV light, with a secondary cure mechanism ensuring full curing in unexposed areas within 7 days. It offers enhanced thermal cycling performance, excellent chemical resistance, and fluoresces under UV light for inspection, making it ideal for electronics and industrial applications.
