The HumiSeal® UV40-SOLAR UV Curable Conformal Coating is a high-solids, single-component, low-viscosity coating designed for prolonged exposure to sunlight without discoloration or degradation. It meets SAE-J-1960 accelerated aging standards, ensuring long-term UV resistance. This UV-curable coating offers excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture protection, curing tack-free under UV light with a secondary moisture cure mechanism completing the process in 2-3 days at ambient conditions. Fully RoHS compliant, it is ideal for solar and outdoor electronic applications.
