HumiSeal® UV23 is a single-component, epoxy-based UV curable adhesive and encapsulant. It is designed for applications requiring rapid UV curing along with excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature performance. The adhesive cures upon direct UV exposure, with heat further enhancing its properties. For optimal glass transition temperature (135°C) and maximum chemical resistance, a post-bake at 135°C for one hour is recommended after UV curing. HumiSeal® UV23 complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.
