The GLUDITEC SR-300AT is a high-precision desktop dispensing robot specifically designed for 50ml two-part adhesive applications. Utilizing a volumetric dispensing technique, it ensures consistent pressure and uniform glue flow, minimizing variations in adhesive application. With a Servo motor Reducer and TBI high-precision screw, it delivers an exceptionally accurate gluing process, achieving a repeatability accuracy of ±0.02mm. The SR-300AT supports multiple adhesive ratios including 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 5:1, and 10:1 for 50ml containers, and 1:1 and 2:1 for 400ml two-component glue.
