The FAV-600 is a high-precision, fully automated inline meter-mixing and dispensing system designed to increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs. It features a choice between a screw pump or double piston pump, ensuring precise, homogeneous fluid mixing and dispensing. With an integrated CCD vision system, the FAV-600 detects and corrects dispensing positions with an accuracy of ±0.03mm, eliminating manual errors. Additionally, it can be integrated into inline production lines with vacuum chambers and heating elements, making it an ideal solution for high-volume manufacturing.
