COVEN FP2172DA is an azeotrope blend which has a consistent composition and is suitable for medium- to heavy-duty degreasing and defluxing applications. FP2172DA is designed to replace CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, nPB, and chlorinated solvents. It is perfect for a variety of precision cleaning applications involving electronics. For immersion and vapor degreasing applications, FP2172DA is an ideal choice due to its high solvency, low surface tension, nonflammability, and stability. The isopropanol of FP2172DA enhances the removal of ionic contaminants.
