Product Introduction
ELPEGUARD® Dam-and-Cure GEL 1602 FLZ-UV is a thixotropic gel designed for dam-and-fill applications, ideally suited for simple and high-definition creation of dams around connectors, components, and contact pads to limit the application area of a subsequent conformal coating. It is available in cartridges for convenient use. The base is acrylate resins (AR). When using ELPEGUARD® thick film coatings of the series UV-LED Twin-Cure® and UV Twin-Cure®, curing can be carried out together with the GEL 1602 FLZ-UV without intermediate curing. Recommended auxiliary products include Cleaning agent R 5817 and Cleaning agent R 5888 (for cleaning product carriers) as well as dosing accessories for cartridge application.
