Product Introduction
ELPECAST® Wepuran VU 4457 series offers a large variety in terms of viscosity, colours, processing time, and pot life. It includes numerous hardness and elasticity adjustments that cover the full range of Shore hardness, with good resistance against water, moisture, lyes, acids, and many chemicals. Elastic adjustments serve as a low-cost alternative for silicone casting compounds. The series is designed as “allround” casting compounds suitable for many different fields of application. It features various viscosities and pot lives, along with high mechanical resistance. Recommended auxiliary products include Accelerating agent B 4400, adhesion promoters EH 13.950/EH 13.951, sealing mastic EH 13.271, mould release agent EH 13.650, and cleaning agent R 13.780.
