Product Introduction
ELPECAST® Wepesil VU 4675 is highly elastic and easy to remove for repair. It offers dielectric properties that remain almost constant over a wide temperature and frequency range, with outstanding chemical and weather resistance. The material cures via addition crosslinking with very low heat development and very low shrinkage pressure. It also provides good flowability and particularly good thermal conductivity (approximately 1.2 W/mK) due to ceramic fillers. Recommended auxiliary products include Adhesion promoter G 4660, sealing mastic EH 13.271, and cleaning agent R 13.780.
