Elantas Elan-tech® AS 95.1 /AW 95.1 is a temperature-resistant epoxy resin adhesive designed for transparent bonding of various materials, including metals and ceramics. This adhesive excels in providing quick fixes in sanitary applications and offers reliable performance in diverse conditions.
Type: This product is a solvent-free, unfilled two-component epoxy resin adhesive.
Properties: It cures quickly, resists impact, and shows excellent resistance to alkaline solutions. Additionally, it offers good resistance to diluted acids but does not resist solvents.
Compliance: It conforms to RoHS (EU Directive 2002/95/EC) and the updated RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2), effective from July 21, 2011. This ensures it meets current environmental safety standards.

Processing:
Application: Mix the adhesive using a spatula or a 2K dosing device/dispensing gun for convenience and precision.
Curing Time: Achieve maximum strength within 24 hours. After just 4 hours, the adhesive provides good bonding strength, and you can handle it after approximately 30 minutes.
Enhanced Curing: For optimal performance, cure at 50°C for 3 hours. This process significantly increases strength and reduces curing time.

Sizes Available: Choose from 50ml and 200ml 2K cartridges, or opt for 20L and 200L containers based on your needs.
