Application of CONATHANE® EN-2553
Potting and encapsulation of electronic components, modules, circuit boards, assemblies and related devices.
Application / Curing Schedule
- Mixing: Mix EN-2553 Part A and Part B in the specified ratio until homogeneous.
- Preheating: Components may be preheated up to 60°C if a reduction in viscosity is required.
- Degassing: If hand-mixing, degas the mixture under a vacuum of >27 in. Hg before use.
Curing Options:
- Option 1: Cure for 7 days at 25°C / 77°F
- Option 2: Cure for 16 hours at 80°C / 176°F
