VSR 200A is a one-component silyl modified polymer sealant intended for use as a liquid- applied flashing product. It is solvent free, isocyanate free, and bonds to most common building materials without priming. It forms a seamless flexible barrier that prevents penetration of unwanted water and air through the building envelope while being breathable to allow damp surfaces to dry. It may be exposed to UV light and weather for up to 12 months.

APPLICATION of VSR 200A
The recommended application thickness is 12- 15 wet mils. At this thickness, the estimated coverage is 1 ft2 per 0.8 fl. oz. Surfaces must be clean and free of contaminants. It is recommended to test substrate compatibility with VSR 200A prior to full application. Curing/drying speed will be influenced by temperature and humidity conditions.
