Sharing the same low-viscosity wicking capability as 6100LV Black at approximately 1,000–1,500 cP, this off-white variant offers the same outstanding water resistance and flexibility — with the added benefit of color contrast against dark substrates or dark-colored components, which can aid visual inspection in certain assembly processes.
Its validated water resistance to 2.5 m water pressure on polycarbonate substrates makes it a strong candidate for smartphone, tablet, and wearable water-sealing applications where the bond line needs to remain visible or the assembly aesthetic demands a lighter color. After cure, 6100LV Off-White achieves 400% elongation — the highest in the 6100 series — providing exceptional flexibility to accommodate component movement, thermal expansion differences, and drop-impact absorption without cracking or delamination.
