3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive EC-2615 B/A is a tough, two-part, room-temperature curing epoxy adhesive that delivers high shear and peel strength, making it ideal for the most demanding aerospace applications. It maintains bond strength at both low and elevated temperatures and withstands challenging environmental conditions.

This epoxy adhesive is excellent for bonding various substrates such as metals and many plastics. It can replace mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets, and spot welds in many applications. The product is available in bulk or duo-pak cartridges for use with the 3M™ EPX™ Applicator System, enabling efficient dispensing with minimal waste and professional-quality results. With a 2:1 mix ratio, it provides a 20-minute work life, allowing enough time for positioning and adjusting components before setting. Full cure is achieved in 7 hours at room temperature (72°F / 22°C), with the option to accelerate the cure with heat. It also has a low-sag formulation for easier vertical applications.

Bulk quantities are also available for larger operations, allowing unused materials to be stored for future use.

One-Part: In this pre-mixed format, the adhesive is shipped frozen and stored in a freezer until ready for use. Once thawed, it has a limited out time for application.

Adhesive Films: These one-part adhesives are pre-mixed and converted into films that can be cut to size and placed directly in the bond line. They require frozen storage and are available in various weights, thicknesses, and supports.
