This unique formula provides increased temperature resistance compared to similar adhesives like 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive EC-1838 B/A.
Formulated as a non-sag paste, EC-1648 B/A does not drip, run, or migrate, even on vertical or overhead surfaces. It offers a 60-minute work life for precise part positioning and adjustment. The adhesive can be applied using a spatula, trowel, or automated dispensing equipment, making it suitable for both manual and high-volume production processes. It is designed to replace mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets, and spot welds in structural bonding applications.
