3M™ Dual Lock™ Reclosable Fastener SJ3871

The 3M™ Dual Lock™ Reclosable Fastener SJ3871 has a modified acrylic adhesive on the back of a black polypropylene reclosable fastener. This product can be used both indoors and outside in a variety of applications; and has a slim 0.24” engaged thickness and long service life.

FEATURES

• Reclosable system is up to five times stronger than hook-and-loop fasteners
• Snap-in-place installation replaces screws, nails, snaps and rivets
• Black fastener is hidden when closed, providing a clean, smooth appearance
• Modified acrylic adhesive bonds to many plastics, powder coated paints and medium to low surface energy materials with little or no surface preparation
• Type 400 stem density polyolefin fastener mates to type 170 or 250
• Ideal for indoor and outdoor use to attach doors, flexible solar panels, headliners, access panels, signs and display components
• Medium temperature resistance – up to 140°F (60°C)
