VYLOSHOT® T-60 is a black, high-performance low-pressure molding material designed for electronic encapsulation applications requiring balanced mechanical properties and efficient processing. It has a specific gravity of 1.09, a melting point of 160℃, and a glass transition temperature of -45℃. Its melt viscosity at 220°C is 200 dPa·s, providing smooth and stable molding performance. With an equilibrium moisture content of 0.3% and a Shore A hardness of 84, this material offers flexibility and dimensional stability. VYLOSHOT® T-60 provides a tensile strength of 4 MPa, tensile elongation of 170%, and a tensile modulus of 19 MPa. It ensures excellent electrical insulation, with a volume resistivity of 3.00×1014 Ω·cm at 20°C. In terms of adhesion, it exhibits shear strengths of 2.4 MPa on FR-4 (No-resist) and 2.3 MPa on PBT (GF30%), with peel strengths exceeding 7 N/25mm for FR-4 (No-resist) and 2 N/25mm for PBT (GF30%).
