The U1911 polyurethane resin is a transparent, two-liquid component system engineered to provide excellent insulation and thick mechanical protection for printed circuits. Utilizing the U1911B catalyst with a 100:93 mixing ratio by weight, the mixed components quickly climb in viscosity until fully cured. This flexible resin minimizes stress on sensitive PCB components during the curing process while offering rapid curing and strong abrasion resistance.
U1911 Polyurethane Resin Features:
Exhibits a viscosity of 900 cSt and a specific gravity of 1.05.
Operates effectively within a temperature range of -55°C to +120°C.
Achieves a flexible Shore A75 hardness upon curing.
Delivers reliable electrical insulation with a dielectric strength of 20 kV/mm.
Features a fast pot life of 15 minutes and a gel time of 30 minutes.
