Plexus® MA815 is a two-component methyl methacrylate (MMA) adhesive designed for high-performance metal bonding. With low halogen content and insulating properties, it offers excellent adhesion to metals, thermoplastics, and composites with minimal surface preparation required. MA815 has an 8-minute working time and achieves high tensile shear strength on 6061 aluminum within 35-45 minutes at 23°C. This adhesive delivers high strength, fatigue resistance, and superior impact toughness, making it ideal for industrial applications.
