Product Introduction
Momentive SILTRUST™ LTR495 is a two-part, thermally conductive silicone gap filler designed to cure into a soft, heat-dissipating elastomer. Its non-slump paste consistency provides excellent stability after dispensing, while its low outgassing levels meet ASTM E595 requirements. LTR495 cures at room temperature or more rapidly with heat and performs reliably within a wide operating temperature range, making it suitable for demanding thermal management environments.
